Below are answers to some frequently asked questions about my Wall Art products. If you have any further questions, I am always available to answer them.

Which Wall Art materials can be ordered in the shop?

Wall Art materials

All Wall Art products are produced by a highly experienced professional printing service in Hannover, Germany using the highest quality materials, printers and careful manual handcraft.

Fine Art Prints / Posters

High-quality premium photo papers are used for Fine Art Prints. Prints are shipped rolled in a secure container.

  • Printed on premium photographic paper - different types of paper are available to choose from (see detailed information when choosing paper in the shop)
  • Delivered without a frame
  • Option to print with or without a white edge/border

Canvas Prints

Canvases are printed with an Epson 8 color printer on a 400g/m² canvas fabric made of a cotton/poly blend, which is very durable and stable. After printing, the canvases are stretched by hand in the workshop on a 2 cm thick stretcher frame made of FSC-certified solid wood and hangers are attached to the back of the frame.

Metal Print

The surface of this printing technique has a matte finish. The image is printed directly onto an aluminium dibond board using a Mimaki large format printer. Prints produced with this technique have the advantage of also being suitable for outdoor use and being very light and rigid. A 2 cm thick aluminum frame attached to the rear ensures a uniform distance to the wall. This creates the impression of a picture floating freely in front of the wall.

Acrylic Glass

In this process, also known as Diasec®, a photographic print is laminated behind the acrylic pane with a special silicone adhesive. This optically very appealing technique offers a non-refractive connection, which results in a significant increase in the depth effect and color brilliance. An aluminum composite panel is then glued behind it. This creates the impression of a picture floating freely in front of the wall. Wall Art produced with this technique has a particularly noble appearance due to the increased depth effect and color brilliance.

Where are Wall Art products manufactured?

Manufacturing is done by a highly experienced professional printing service in Hannover, Germany using the highest quality materials, printers and careful manual handcraft. Each piece is custom-made for your order, there are no mass-produced items in stock.

Where can I find Wall Art product reviews?

My Wall Art shop has only been online for a few months, so there aren't many reviews of Wall Art products yet - but the reviews that do exist are consistently positive (5 stars). You can view the reviews on Trustpilot.

How long are the delivery times?

The ordered Wall Art products will be custom-made for you after your order has been received.

Delivery times (including manufacturing and shipping) within Germany:

  • Fine Art Print: 4-7 business days
  • Canvas and acrylic glass: 8-13 business days
  • Metal prints: 17-23 business days

Delivery times in the rest of Europe are 1-2 business days longer.

* Fine Art Print: rolled and without frame. Muliple prints are shipped together in one package, thus you only have to pay a flat rate shipping price independent of the number of ordered prints.

** Standard: Canvas up to a size of 90 x 90 cm, Metal and Acrylic prints up to a size of 80 x 60 cm (or 60 x 80 cm). Each item is packed and shipped separately, thus the shipping price is applied to each ordered item.

*** Large: Canvas larger than 90 x 90 cm (if at least one side exceeds 90 cm - for example 120 x 80 cm), Metal and Acrylic prints larger than 80 x 60 cm (for example 90 x 60 cm or 70 x 70 cm). Each item is packed and shipped separately, thus the shipping price is applied to each ordered item.

Is free local pickup available?
Free local pickup is available at the workshop in Hannover, Germany at the following location (note that to be able to select free local pickup for your order you have to enter Germany as your shipping destination):

Can I track my shipment?

Depending on the size/weight of the shipment and the destination, the delivery is made by various parcel services and overnight shipping carriers. If the respective delivery service provides a tracking option, you will be informed of the tracking number by email.

I have placed an order, but didn't receive any confirmation or status emails

First of all, please check your spam folder - there's a high chance you will find the missing emails there. But if not and if you didn't receive any emails within 2 business days of placing your order, you are probably behind a (corporate) email filter and my emails can not reach you. In that case please send a message to from an alternative email address or contact me on one of my social media channels (links are at the page bottom). You can also send a message through the contact form and let me know an alternative way of reaching you (e.g. via phone/WhatsApp).

Is it possible to ship to a country that is not listed in the shop?

In principle, delivery to other countries (e.g. Switzerland, England, USA) is possible, but not available via the preset selection in the online shop due to the complexity of the export/import regulations. Please contact me if you wish to ship to a country not listed in the default selection.

Can I cancel/return my order?

All Wall Art products are manufactured for you only after I have received your order according to your individual specifications (motif, size and material). For these individual products, a right of revocation according to § 312 German BGB (right of revocation and right of return for distance contracts) is excluded.

However, if the printing service has not started to produce your order yet, you can cancel it free of charge. In this case, all payments that I have received from you, including the delivery costs, will be refunded to you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I received the notification of your cancellation. The same payment method that you used for the original transaction will be used for this repayment, unless another payment method is agreed.

Can I claim defective goods and/or transport damage?

Of course, you can claim defective goods and damage caused by transport. Contact me via email or the contact form.

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report the damage to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact me immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help me to be able to assert my own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
